Refund, Cancellation & Digital Gift Card Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancelled individual sessions or pricing plans. If you cancel, a credit will be issued in the form of a non-transferable digital gift card for use toward other services offered by Berger Reels LA LLC. Digital gift cards have no cash value and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, or unused, except as required by law. For California residents, digital gift cards with a remaining balance of less than ten dollars ($10.00) may be redeemed for cash upon request. Berger Reels LA LLC provides all required gift card terms, conditions, and disclosures at the point of purchase and online, in compliance with New York and California consumer protection laws
