Booking, Session & Refund Policies

Thank you for booking with Melique! Please review the following policies to make the most of your session:

1. Session Types

• Coaching Sessions: Melique provides the copy so you can work on commercial, animation, or video games.

• Audition & Callback Prep: Email your audition, sides & specs to meliqueberger.com. Melique will give feedback, redirect and guide you through it.

• Demo Production: Full-service process including strategy, custom scripts, directed Zoom recording (up to 90 minutes if needed), and professionally produced demo reel.

2. Session Expiration
All sessions must be used within one year of purchase. Expired sessions are non-refundable.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Arrive on time; a 10-minute grace period applies. Sessions missed beyond this are considered no-shows and are forfeited. Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your buyer profile on www.meliqueberger.com. Less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation and is non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations >24 hours notice may be rescheduled. No-shows or <24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

5. Communication
All session communications, reschedules, or materials, must go through your buyer profile on www.meliqueberger.com.

6. Working Actor Disclaimer
Melique may occasionally need to reschedule due to auditions or bookings. Her team will contact you via your buyer profile to arrange a new session.

7. Preparedness
Be on time, warmed up, and ready to work. Bring scripts or demo materials. Sessions begin and end on schedule; late arrivals will shorten your session.

8. Recording & Notes
You may record sessions for personal use. Demo sessions are recorded via Zoom by the client and sent to Melique for production. Technical issues on the client side may be treated as no-shows.

9. Refunds & Digital Gift Card Credit
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits for cancelled sessions may be issued as a non-transferable digital gift card for future services. No cash value; lost/stolen/unused cards are not replaced, except as required by law. California residents may redeem balances <$10 for cash. Gift card terms and disclosures are available at purchase and online in compliance with California and New York law.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies. Terms may be updated with notice.
