Cancellation Policy

Booking & Session Policies Thank you for booking with Melique! We’re excited to work with you. To help make the most of your time together, please review the following policies: 1. Session Types Melique offers the following services: Coaching Sessions – Melique provides the copy so you can focus on commercial, animation, or both skill sets. Audition & Callback Prep – Please provide the copy you need to prep; Melique will guide you through it. Demo Production – A full-service process including demo strategy, custom scripts, a directed recording session with Melique via Zoom, and a professionally produced demo reel. Includes up to a 90-minute demo recording session if needed. 2. Session Expiration All purchased sessions must be used within one year of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will be considered expired and are non-refundable. 3. Scheduling & Rescheduling Your session time is reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period will be provided; sessions missed beyond this period will be considered a “no-show” and forfeited without refund or rescheduling. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance via your buyer profile on www.meliqueberger.com . Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not guaranteed and may be treated as cancellations. Such sessions are non-refundable. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. 5. Communication All session-related communications—including questions, rescheduling requests, or materials—must be submitted via your buyer profile on www.meliqueberger.com . 6. Working Actor Disclaimer Melique is a working actor and, on occasion, same-day auditions, callbacks, or bookings may require rescheduling your session. In such cases, her team will contact you promptly via your buyer profile to arrange an alternate session. 7. Preparedness Please arrive on time, warmed up, and ready to work. Bring any scripts, audition sides, or demo materials you wish to cover. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session. 8. Recording & Notes You may record your session for personal use. Melique may also provide feedback or notes depending on session type and available time. Demo recording sessions will occur via Zoom.
